Delivery
Orders are typically picked and processed within 48 hours. Some orders ship from the United States. After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your shipment via FedEx or USPS. Please note that during peak order periods, it may take up to two business days to process your order.
United States: FedEx 2 Day Express takes 2 business days to deliver, while USPS Express takes 2-8 days. Large orders will use USPS Ground shipping, with transit times of 1-7 days. Europe: Delivery times vary by country and region, approximately 7-11 days. Shipping companies vary by country; the exact time will be based on the receipt received after shipment.
If delivery (final delivery scan) to the requested address is confirmed and the "SavedBy" option was not selected at checkout, theft and post-delivery theft will not be covered. If you do not encounter any delivery issues, such as post-delivery theft, you can cancel this service for approximately 2% of the item's value, and claims are typically resolved within 24 hours. We must receive notification of any delivery issues within 7 days of the courier company confirming delivery (based on the tracking information provided at the time of shipment).

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, if you wish to exchange it for the correct fragrance, please do not open/use the product. We will provide a prepaid return label so you can exchange it for the correct item.
Returns
We are a 5 star rated company and offer hassle free returns. Orders may be returned up to 21 days for a full refund minus shipping. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a timely refund upon the return of the product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. ALL returns must be sent in a protected box, if sent in an envelop or without protection we will not accept the return. Please note, we do not accept returns for testers (if purchased). There may also be a restocking fee of up to 30% if bottle is not returned in original packaging. We are not responsible for unclaimed or lost package.
Any WHOLESALE order will automatically incur up to a 10% restocking fee, even if returned in original packaging.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless the error was on our part.
